Requirements
  • 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B Software as a Service, developer platforms, or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment, iteration, and monitoring, including products with complex backend or data dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership to align on goals and execution
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities, even when existing workflows appear to be functioning well
  • Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces, data models, or technical product surfaces (you do not need to code, but you can speak the language)
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus
  • Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, Application Programming Interfaces, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus
Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience, balancing customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions
  • Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features, occasionally supporting onboarding or troubleshooting to deeply understand real-world user behavior, edge cases, and trust concerns around automation
  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows
  • Design AI-driven automation experiences that balance speed with trust, transparency, and control
  • Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products, ensuring correctness, transparency, and reliability in production environments
