  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a business environment, preferably in a legal or professional services firm (Internships included)
  • Experience in MS Office Suite and Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent research skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and must have the ability to triage multiple issues and tasks

  • Candidate will be responsible for supporting all Brattle offices and may need to be flexible with their schedule in order to accommodate domestic and international offices in alternate time zones
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide spectrum of consulting client and corporate vendor contracts (e.g. engagement letters, master services and subcontractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor and other corporate contracts)
  • Assist with preparing contract- and corporate-related portions of proposals and responses to Request for Proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the Firm’s billing personnel to open and track new client projects including tracking new project information
  • Assist with general corporate matters by maintaining corporate filings, subsidiary and shareholder records, and supporting annual corporate insurance renewals
