Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in Information Technology or related technical area
  • Master's Degree in related field preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience in risk management, information security, and IT
  • Strong project management and financial/budget management skills
  • CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional Certification preferred
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a company-wide information security program
  • Direct and approve the design of security systems
  • Review and approve security policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning
  • Maintain a current understanding of the IT threat landscape for the industry
  • Oversee identity and access management
  • Manage all teams, employees, contractors, and vendors involved in IT security and HRIS
  • Constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information
  • Brief the executive team on status and risks
  • Communicate best practices and risks to all parts of the business, outside IT
  • Direct and approve the design of HR systems and the integration of those systems across the enterprise
  • Communicate and engage with Employee Services (ES) leadership to better understand business needs and action those requirements on behalf of the ES team
  • Constantly update the HRIS strategy to leverage new technology and new business functions
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree in related field
  • Certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
