Requirements
- 3+ years of selling experience working for a B2B SaaS technology company
- Experience selling to Enterprise ($1B+ revenue) companies
- Experience selling in an early-stage environment without the resources/teams available to much larger orgs
- Proven performer with a record of consistent quota attainment
- Track record of territory development, adding net new logos with ACV of $200k+ and 4+ month sales cycles
- Hunter mentality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hunt: Disciplined approach to early pipeline development. Comfortable and have demonstrated ability to prospect into enterprise accounts
- Good qualifier: Ability to uncover / discover customer problems & pains
- Good presenter: Ability to present and demonstrate value based off customer pain points
- Disciplined in sales methodology: Ability to systematically execute a disciplined sales process that can be repeated in parallel without sacrificing quality
- Ability to develop and present a business case to a customer showing high ROI across different dimensions to multiple stakeholders
- Ability to guide internal stakeholders through their own internal buying processes
