- Experience working with children or young people in a professional capacity.
- German proficiency at spoken B1-B2 minimum and ability to learn activity-specific vocabulary for language immersion.
- Fluency in English.
- High physical, mental, and emotional resilience.
- Experience in meaningful, professional teamwork.
- High energy and comfort speaking in front of large groups.
- Availability for at least five weeks of the summer.
- All staff must provide or undergo an Enhanced DBS/criminal record check and provide overseas conduct certificates where applicable.
- Three professional references are required.
- Deliver fun and engaging activities and excursions to groups of international students using language immersion and experiential learning.
- Work closely with Activity Leaders and Teachers to provide students with a meaningful and adventurous camp experience focused on learning and personal growth.
- Provide expert supervision and ensure student safety.
- Support day-to-day camp operations through attendance checks, wake-ups, and bedtime supervision.
- Lead camp-wide evening programs.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in outdoor education or summer camps.
- A driver's license and ability to drive a minivan.
- Availability for the entire summer season from June 28 through August 9.
