Midnite, a UK sportsbook and casino, raised $10m in a Series B round led by Discerning Capital, the Raine Group, and Play Ventures, with Venrex and Big Bets also investing. This brings its total funding to over $35m. David Williams from Discerning Capital joins Midnite's board. The funds will accelerate Midnite's growth and product development. Recently, Midnite became the official UK betting partner for the 2025 World Snooker Championship and launched its first TV ad campaign.

Hook, a social music app, has secured $3M in additional funding, bringing its total to $6M. Investors include Khosla Ventures, Kygo's Palm Tree Crew, and The Raine Group. Hook allows users to legally remix songs while compensating artists, addressing unlicensed content issues on social media. The funding will boost marketing and user acquisition.
