Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience running Growth programs
  • Ability to be analytical in your approach to problem-solving (and strong intuition)
  • Experience in Adwords, Google display, Facebook ads, and/or Twitter ads a plus
  • Solid understanding of business analytics and statistics
  • A demonstrated history of cross-departmental collaboration with sales, content, and operations teams
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing technology, including but not limited to: Marketo, Instapage, Salesforce.com, Outreach, Zapier, our own in-house built solutions
  • HTML, CSS & JS experience highly desired
  • Background in the session replay, product management, application performance monitoring, or web analytics spaces
Responsibilities
  • Running programs that drive pipeline for the LogRocket Sales team
  • Conceiving of and executing new ways to drive sales pipeline
  • Scaling programs that have gained traction
  • Working closely with the Content team to create artifacts worthy of prospects’ attention
  • Ensuring execution from beginning to end with the SDR team
  • Communicating effectively both internally and externally
  • Writing and creative problem solving
  • Distilling the main goal and breaking down the key drivers vital to the success of a program
