  • Prior logistics/supply chain or cold calling experience (1 year of logistics/supply chain experience OR 1 year of cold calling experience required)
Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls, and chats and respond to sign-up forms to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from our solutions at Uber Freight.
  • Convert qualified leads into customers by reaching out to new prospects and qualifying them.
  • Learn about the prospect’s needs and desires through cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Pass on high potential volume prospects to appropriate Account Executives to negotiate and close the deal.
  • Continue to engage with prospects to nurture the relationship and move them through booking their first load through UFS.
  • Use a data-driven approach to inbound sales incorporating research, call cadences, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Leverage account research to get multithreaded across key personas.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales goals tied to 1Ls and Active2Month.
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in SFDC.
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Freight’s mission, brand, and solutions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Supply Chain is a plus).
  • Experience selling into C-Suite and to Executive Leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal, and with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Self-Starter and strong determined drive to win.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite is preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong overall business acumen and understanding of company objectives.
  • Ability to stay organized, and pay attention to detail, with strong time management and analytical skills.

Uber Freight Completes Acquisition of Transplace
