Our expansive product ecosystem spans enterprise-grade Security tools to consumer experiences, and it’s evolving fast with new AI and agentic capabilities. We’re driving a bold initiative to unify our experiences through a shared system of Figma UI kits, documentation/guidance, and React component libraries, all built for contribution and consumption across our product teams. 

To help achieve this goal, we’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented UX Engineer 2 who can meticulously craft our collective vision through code, while being an influential liaison between the UX and Engineering teams to up-level our quality across the organization—building consistent, intuitive, and accessible experiences leveraging modern aesthetics and the latest generative AI technology.If you thrive on crafting elegant, reusable components and bridging design with engineering at scale, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field AND 2+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code
  • OR equivalent experience.

• 1+ year(s) of experience in Typescript and React. 
• 1+ year(s) of experience shipping production-ready code as a result of a collaborative process.

Other Requirements:

• The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:  Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code

• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production code

• Systems thinking and design system development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing automation scripts and tools.
• Experience with translating high-fidelity designsinto code using Figma.
• Familiarity with backend development concepts and API integration (REST, GraphQL) for data-driven UI components.

• Focus on optimizing front-end performance, with an understanding of AI tooling.

• Experience working in a monorepo leveraging tools like Nx or Turborepo.

• Passion for modular design and advocating for future-proof architectures and solutions.

UX Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
