Responsibilities
  • Cut and mail weekly checks.
  • Make weekly online bill payments.
  • Make deposits and record in ERP system.
  • Pull utility online invoices.
  • Review vendor statements.
  • Sort/save accounting email to appropriate folder(s).
  • Run Daily Reports.
  • Assist Accounts Payable Specialist with coding, entering, and matching purchase ledger invoices to purchase orders.
  • 3-way matching of invoices.
  • Maintain Monthly Overhead Spreadsheet.
  • Maintenance of Accounts Payable Filing.
  • Record debit and credit memos.
  • Perform, review, and manage the entire accounts payable process.
  • Work cohesively with the wider finance team to make sure accounts payable processes are followed accurately.
  • Interact across divisions, with upper-level management and with vendors.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.
