Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles in high tech or similar industries
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required
  • Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals
  • Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks, be detail oriented, committed to high quality and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience in SAP, Oracle Cloud, and Model N environments
  • Experience with revenue transactions with distributor and OEM customers within the semiconductor
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, monthly and quarterly close deliverables, including the calculation and validation of program reserves
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly results of earned rebates for accuracy and completeness and be able to effectively communicate the results to business partners
  • Conduct review meetings with BU Finance stakeholders of accrual results
  • Review processes on an ongoing basis and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to modify and implement functionality improvements to system reports and processes
  • Preparer of SOX controls and internal and external PBC requests
  • Assist with system implementation projects as needed
