Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at Grand Canyon University as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
  • Maintain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor's-level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master's-level student.

Responsibilities
  • Learn, understand, and deliver program-specific information for the Colleges of Education and Theology covering degree programs for traditional ground recruitment.
  • Deliver program-specific content through presentations for admissions activities, including Discover GCU, GCU Day, and GCU Live, including event setup and teardown when required.
  • Assist GCE and GCU staff with program-specific content during organized tours for students, parents, administrators, and other school-related personnel.
  • Provide program-specific information to potential students and families through scheduled phone appointments, webinars, social media, and other mixed-media formats.
  • Collect and input administrative notes into recruiting systems to track recruiting efforts.
  • Provide additional programmatic knowledge to lateral co-student workers in other recruit-facing departments.
  • Keep the direct supervisor informed of progress and potential issues and make recommendations to ensure plans are coordinated and synchronized.
  • Work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Use the provided GCE laptop or Surface and work with Jabber, a CRM, LopeNet, Microsoft 365, Workday, Zoom, Calendly, and golf carts for occasional tours.
