Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience is required
  • 5 or more years' experience in Mortgage Processing, or in a training role
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for material design, partnering with Learning and Leadership Development when needed
  • Manages all aspects of the division's retail mortgage line of business supporting Operations Centers, Closing, Centralized Disclosure and Construction Lending teams
  • Designs training courses and resources, organizes, and/or conducts specialized coaching for assigned areas or functions of the company
  • Establishes training objectives, maintains records of training activities, monitors employee progress and measures effectiveness
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures as needed to provide effective coaching and mentoring
  • Communicates with managers and others to assess training needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • 3 years' experience in development/delivery of adult education/training programs, preferably in a Mortgage Lending environment
  • Demonstrated competency in training development and facilitation
  • Experience in Mortgage Lending
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
