• Managing contract administration, including all facets, such as workflow design and administration, process flow, placing tags, pulling documents and data from the repository, ensuring metadata is accurately captured, ongoing CLM administration, etc.
• Supporting the designated legal contacts in locating existing agreements and information contained within those agreements. You will also help to store documents within the repository and will be comfortable with contractual language to identify and capture critical metadata.
• Serving as Legal Operations team administrator of any areas requiring organizational, administrative, clerical, or other overflow support. 
• Supporting program management as requested in support of process workflow designs, updating project plans, monitoring due dates / task completion, scheduling meetings, presentation preparation, training development, specifications/requirements gathering, etc. 
• Providing contract administration and contract lifecycle management, inclusive of clean-up activities of legacy files and ongoing maintenance to ensure current and accurate meta-data, and provide ongoing support to Fivetran team members to locate contracts or contractual terms, and/or general CLM technology and associated workflow support. 
• Supporting eBilling activities from vendor set up through serving as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure timely payment processing and accurate reporting and monitoring of Legal’s vendor spend.

• 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or legal operations professional. 
• Prior experience at a high-growth private company.
• Proven success in supporting e billing and/or contract administration.
• Experience with eBilling from vendor setup to payment processing, acting as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of vendor spend.
• Prior experience with program management with project plans, task tracking, meetings, presentations, training, and requirements gathering.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a resilient, results-driven mindset. 
• Creative, resourceful, and able to navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
