Requirements
- At least one year of experience performing customer-service-oriented tasks.
- At least one year of experience working with military families or community outreach programs.
- German language proficiency at the C2 level.
Responsibilities
- Provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service, including host-nation local community tours, German language courses, English as a second language courses, and multicultural activities.
- Provide input to the monthly integrated community calendar for the Cross Cultural Adaptation Program.
- Create and maintain records and files for services provided under the contract.
- Coordinate all class schedules quarterly with the Relocation Readiness Program Manager.
- Create a class roster in CTS before each session.
- Offer Interactive Customer Evaluations forms to each customer at the end of each class cycle, workshop, or individual interaction during office hours.
- Provide monthly statistics to the program manager.
- Meet weekly with the Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress; meetings may be in person or by telephone.
- Interact with customers and staff according to professional business standards and in compliance with military customs and courtesies.
