The Job:
As a Director, Enterprise Leadership Development you’ll work across business units and functions to design and implement strategic leadership initiatives and programs to cultivate and enhance leadership excellence aligned to the organization mission, values, and business priorities. The incumbent will be a key member of the enterprise Learning and Leadership Development leadership team and will utilize their extensive experience, strong intellectual curiosity, and a highly collaborative approach to identify, design, and deliver impactful strategies. In this role, you’ll be located in New Britain, CT or Towson, MD, otherwise you’ll be remote. You’ll get to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, global leadership development strategy aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans for all levels of leaders (Front Line to Senior Leadership)
- Co-create a leadership framework and establish clear expectations for leaders across SBD
- Design and manage leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other developmental interventions for leaders across all levels
- Lead the Leadership Development team in developing and managing a global Leadership Development program portfolio, including managing budget and external partners and vendors.
- Integrate innovative learning methodologies and technologies to enhance leadership development programs and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
- Partner with senior leaders, department heads and regional stakeholders to understand business unit and global leadership needs
- Influence and partner with HR teams and internal stakeholders across business areas and geographies to create sustainable, enterprise-wide solutions.
- Enable and champion talent assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership capabilities and areas for development.
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators to assess the impact and effectiveness of leadership development programs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the relevancy and impact of leadership development initiatives.
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of previous experience in a variety of Talent Management, Leadership, Development, or related roles with increasing scope of responsibility. 5 years of leading a Leadership Learning or Development team.
- Experience managing teams in large, multinational organizations.
- Ability to create scalable solutions across a multi-national organization and build plans to impact and influence change.
- Experience presenting to and partnering with Executive Leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills along with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage/work effectively in dynamic environment.
- Ability to objectively coach employees and leaders through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
- The ability to research and analyze various types of data and build actions from data.
- Must have the ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
- International / multi-national HR experience.
- Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $110,500-$221,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
