  • Subject matter expertise when communicating with partners about our products
  • Gathering solution requirements by working directly with our Loyalty Program Partners & Internal Stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate, across many channels, your progress with your team & stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our QA team on the cross browser and cross device testing of our products
  • Collaborating with translation vendors to apply translated content for our products
  • Collaborating with our product engineering team on product feature requests from our partners
