  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in a related field.
  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, proficient with using electronic test equipment required, e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and signal generators.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Previous experience with SAP/Oracle platforms is an advantage.
  • BS degree in electronics or equivalent is a bonus.
  • This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine repair, calibration/adjustment, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades to all Solutions products.
  • Provide detailed product feedback/route cause analysis so that corrective action can be implemented.
  • Follow guidelines from line manager to achieve KPI’s established for the department (incl. revenue, turntimes, repair quality).
  • As required, effectively provide customer support via telephone / email / tickets regarding technical repair issues.
  • Provide accurate repair cost estimates.
  • Support the servicing of demo, rental, and trade-in equipment.
