Requirements
  • 3+ years' work experience in a footwear development or footwear merchandising focused role
  • Solid knowledge of PLM systems, product development, and merchandising processes
  • Comfortable navigating Centric 8 PLM and Microsoft Excel
  • Prior system implementation experience
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Drive to learn and participate

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and documenting business requirements and processes to support the Footwear Design, Development and Merchandising teams
  • Mapping the overall processes of the Footwear Design, Development and Merchandising teams in their current state and ideal future state
  • Relaying Footwear business requirements to the project team and partnering closely with the internal Centric team to configure PLM to meet business needs
  • Ensuring best practices and process optimization are considered throughout project design stages
  • Supporting project teams with the planning and execution of system integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Partnering with BI/Data & Analytics teams, or other project teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure data consistency
  • Maintaining user guides and online help tools including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
  • Collaborating with members of the Footwear Development and Centric Teams on various projects to create systems and process efficiencies
  • Acting as the point of contact and representative of the Footwear team’s processes and requirements, ensuring end-to-end needs are considered across proposed business processes and solutions
  • Leading business case creation for new system functionality or enhancements to current practice as required
  • Identifying newly required processes and initiating change within the Footwear business team to ensure successful change management
  • Communicating project end-states consistently to the project team and notifying project leadership of any challenges to plans
