What You Need To Know
- Trains and equips new Sales Team members with the tools necessary to originate new loans at Movement Mortgage
- Conducts all aspects of New Hire Orientation for Sales
- Communicates sales best practices
- Point of contact for all training communication to Sales
- Assists with the learning and development of existing Movement Mortgage Sales Team members
- Creates clear and relevant training materials & webinars for use in class on Bridge
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a Movement Mortgage Sales or Operations role (preferably sales)
- Robust understanding of all Movement Mortgage systems and processes
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Even Better
- 1+ years of Sales experience at Movement Mortgage preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant work experience preferred, but not required

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$72,700.00 - $102,700.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
