- An associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of experience providing customer support for complex technical solutions in a data center environment.

- Experience conducting data center surveys and audits.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50%, including some global travel.

- Identify DCIM problem statements, propose solutions, and define scopes of work with project plans.
- Set up and configure Sunbird's DCIM suite, including dcTrack and Power IQ.

- Research technical specifications and images for information technology and data center equipment throughout data center environments.
- Analyze, scrub, and migrate data from current sources to the DCIM database.
- Develop and enhance documentation to improve the customer experience.
- Assist with software testing when new features and fixes are completed by the engineering team.
- Log and maintain customer issue resolution status in the Sunbird Support Portal to facilitate timely resolution.
- Participate in the technical review process for product enhancements.
- Host online training sessions for clients and partners on enhancements to Sunbird's software suite.
- Provide weekly client status updates on key deliverables, milestones, and billing against the statement of work.
- Organize client teams and program-manage Sunbird- and client-owned deliverables.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
- Data center certifications, such as DCI or DCIM certifications.
- Project management certification.
