Responsibilities
  • Taking responsibility and ownership of Arc’teryx global sustainability strategy
  • Formulating and leading the execution of our sustainability roadmap out to 2028
  • Lead a high performing sustainability leadership team of direct reports and cross functional leaders
  • Act as the cultural leader of Sustainability for the organization
  • Collaborating with Arc’teryx senior leadership to seamlessly integrate sustainability into our organizational strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations
  • Partnering with Amer Sports Group and the sustainability teams of our sister brands to share best practices
  • Defining and directing forward-thinking metrics and ensuring consistent, credible reporting on our sustainability initiatives
  • Partnering with our communications team in developing impactful communications related to our sustainability impact
  • Leading regular risk prioritization and sustainability maturity and materiality assessments
  • Identifying and implementing necessary processes and tools to uphold environmental impact and human rights principles
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
