Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing various processes like loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, valuation imports based on the admin/client support team requirement.
  • Should be responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goal.
  • Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team.
  • Delivering the set expectations in terms of key business metrics like productivity, volume count and quality.
  • Functions include – only processing the above-mentioned processes.
  • Apart from processing, the team member should be able to Review Process.
  • Ability to accurately process high volume within the specified time frame.
