Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for one year of a degree)
  • 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage schedule, project risks, and budget is required Demonstrated consulting experience
  • 5+ years in business analytics
  • 1+ year of experience in the development of standard system documentation, testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and be able to lead the decision-making related improvements relative to technology
  • Work with a team of junior and senior technologists and to deliver solutions for clients
  • Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Providing hands-on support to implement project changes, updates, analysis and IT delivery
