The IT Project Manager will support tasks within the software development cycle and be responsible for system data together with the business intelligence it provides. Support project delivery on IT projects for the energy efficiency and utility sectors, including partnering with ICF subject matter experts on project execution.

What you will be doing:
- Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and be able to lead the decision-making related improvements relative to technology
- Work with a team of junior and senior technologists and to deliver solutions for clients
- Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Providing hands-on support to implement project changes, updates, analysis and IT delivery
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for one year of a degree)
- 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage schedule, project risks, and budget is required Demonstrated consulting experience
- 5+ years in business analytics
- 1+ year of experience in the development of standard system documentation, testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
What we would like you to have:
- Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the development of standard documentation – requirements specifications, use cases, design specifications, test plans and test scripts and other supporting system documentation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
- Experience with testing software, tracking issues and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
- Experience with content management systems, including user roles, configuration, and content editing
- Ability to write basic HTML, CSS scripts and code
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work with and lead blended teams of ICF and client staff
- Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
- Experience working with and/or managing sub-contractors or vendors
- Ability to provide strong direction of project teams to successfully execute project tasks, controlling scope, budget and schedule

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$102,285.00 - $173,884.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
