Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and site managers to assess training needs and develop a strategic training roadmap that supports operational goals, promotes a culture of learning, and ensures the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, technical skills, safety compliance, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tailor programs to meet site-specific needs and industry standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Training Supervisors and Trainers, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals. Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the training team and cross-functional partners, including operations, quality, HR, and safety teams, to align training programs with business needs.
  • Manage training budgets effectively, balancing resources across sites while maximizing training impact and ROI.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and regularly analyze training data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Partner with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) to implement safety training and certifications as required.
