  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, including event materials and signage.

  • Ability to travel to event sites, including international travel, as needed.
  • Ability to work in office and on-site event environments, including weekends, evenings, and multi-day assignments.
Responsibilities
  • Execute premium events at local properties, including creating site maps, customer logs, signage, and catering setups.
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate part-time event game-day staff, including bellhops, game-day hosts, and security personnel.
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to align staff members and define game-day operational priorities and expectations.
  • Manage operational processes, including quality control and inventory management, to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Update and maintain customer logs for vendor and operations teams to improve communication and service delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships with game-day vendors and serve as the main point of contact for collaboration and service delivery.
  • Solve problems before, during, and after events.
  • Maintain, properly store, and secure assets between events.
  • Provide customer service onsite and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience during events.
