Responsibilities
  • Drive the roadmap and execution for key features within a customer’s browsing experience on eBay.
  • Attract new customers to eBay by optimizing category pages for external search engines.
  • Improve engagement and drive conversion on category pages by identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our end-users and feed their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with leaders across eBay to align plans and improve business opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize performance by conducting A/B tests, analyzing results, and recommending next steps.
