  • Act as a DEI subject matter expert and share diversity-related issues, legislation, best practices, perspective, insights, and knowledge
  • Guide InVision's Employee Resource Groups' planning and programming in an effort to foster an environment of learning, understanding and celebration of diverse perspectives and experiences
  • Bring best practice recommendations to internal learning and development as well as Employee Resource Group programming
  • Partner closely with our People Leadership team in integrating inclusion, diversity and bias mitigation concepts along the employee journey
  • Bring thought leadership, tailored insights, and strategic perspective to bolster our guiding principles, support our culture, and drive an inclusive employee experience across our global team
  • Assist with the development of key global and regional people programs including performance management, learning and development, talent management, well being, etc
  • Articulate status, key activities, project risks and opportunities, and recommendations to business stakeholders including verbal (live) updates as well as written updates
