Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a multinational setting.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a multinational corporation with a Big4 audit background.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (SAP and / or NetSuite); proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Experience with SOX implementation and financial systems transformation projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all accounting operations inside and outside the U.S., including general ledger, close processes, statutory reporting, tax coordination, and compliance for US and international entities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
  • Own the relationship with external auditors for national and international operations and lead the preparation of audited financial statements as required.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain global accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and alignment with US GAAP and local standards.
  • Drive harmonization and standardization of accounting processes across regions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

On Location Events delivers premium experiential hospitality by handling ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production, and travel management for sports, entertainment, fashion, and culture events. Its services give corporate clients and fans official, immersive access to marquee events such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, and NCAA Final Four, through partnerships with rights holders like the IOC, FIFA, NFL, NCAA, UFC, WWE, and PGA of America. The company both curates experiences and operates its own unique offerings, supported by its role as a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings.
