Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving traffic and generating leads through digital channels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to analyze traffic performance to determine optimal mix to achieve revenue KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the engagement team to ensure alignment between traffic generation and experience improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
  • Partner with product teams to prioritize new capabilities needed to drive traffic growth by creating business cases that showcase ROI.
