Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, human-centered design or related field strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques
  • Experience in interface design, specifically for mobile, responsive design and platform-based solutions
  • Proficient with design tools such as Keynote, Adobe Cloud/marketing tools, Sketch and InVision app for designing and prototyping solutions
Responsibilities
  • Mastery of craft to generate human-centered recommendations and concepts using design thinking methods
  • Understand client goals and objectives
  • Support and participate in user testing
  • Collaborate and help guide XD roles that are assigned to the project team
  • Collaborate with UX and copywriter to execute design vision
  • Present deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Influence project-level planning and overall design for one or more projects
