Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory consisting of agent relationships, focusing on growth and retention
  • Drive new business written premium and new business count, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Utilize partner leaders for relationship laddering opportunities within National Partnerships to expand business reach and increase sales
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the territory, aligning with company objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to individual partners and large groups to promote products and services
  • Travel to territories several times per year for agent engagement, conferences, and events to build and maintain relationships
  • Actively engage with agents to provide support, training, and resources to assist in placing business with Hagerty
  • Utilize tools such as DriveTrain and Salesforce to manage relationships, track performance, analyze data, and work opportunity pipeline
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor territory performance, adjusting as needed to achieve goals
  • Generate detailed reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends for senior leadership
