  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled Data Scientists and one Data Engineer
  • Empower team to deliver high-quality solutions that push the boundaries of innovation
  • Provide a vision to your team about how to bring machine learning models at scale to production
  • Define standards and tools for your area of responsibility
  • Define and uphold best practices for MLOps processes
  • Ensure great alignment within the Data & AI team and key stakeholders
  • Drive use cases with high business value and enable the impact measurement

  • Domain knowledge of the cement industry would be advantageous
  • Experience in working with Databricks or similar solutions would be a plus
