- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science
- 8+ years of industry experience
- 1+ years of Staff/Lead experience working on high impact projects with data at scale
- Ability to lead, mentor, and work across teams with an emphasis on excellent communication
- Develop the strategy, tools, libraries, and workflow for evolving the internal Kubernetes Solution
- Facilitate internal adoption of the Kubernetes platform for optimized autoscaling, cost efficiency, and automated problem remediation
- Establish service level objectives and monitor to ensure they are met or exceeded
- Participate in an on-call rotation to manage incidents and support the services developed
- Drive root cause identification and issue resolution to improve operational posture
- Work inside a fast-paced iterative environment
