Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. candidate in Engineering, Biology, or Life Sciences.
  • Basic programming skills and an avid interest in lab automation.
  • Knowledge of basic biology and experience with liquid handling automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Active system maintenance of current integrated robotic systems
  • New system installation and setup
  • Development of high-impact protocols and procedures
  • Work with scientists and engineers to design and coordinate proof of concept experiments for new ideas and equipment
  • Assist with general lab organization, such as lab cleanliness, consumable tracking and arrangement, moving equipment to optimize prioritized needs, etc…
  • Aseptic cell culture
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and presentations within the team
