Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in product or UX design, with a focus on complex digital products or platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating analytical thinking and problem solving through design and prototyping
  • An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details
  • Ability to balance user research, strategy, business insights, team input, and intuition in decision-making processes

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end solutions for defined problems, ensuring high-quality user experiences that align with business objectives
  • Conduct and analyze user research using data-driven approaches to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities within our manufacturing platform
  • Create comprehensive design solutions including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
  • Follow and maintain design systems and patterns for consistency across products
  • Present design solutions to leadership and advocate for user-centered approaches
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or related B2B applications
  • Managed and coordinated a small team of designers within a given product space
  • Expertise in utilizing a variety of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative techniques
