Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in product merchandising and marketing
  • Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
  • Lead the merchandising strategy, inventory curation, execution, optimization, and campaign reporting of marketing landing pages
  • Create and execute (build, QA, troubleshoot, launch) various landing pages that adhere to the client’s brand, design, and legal guidelines, across multiple breakpoints and languages using the client’s internal content management tool
  • Collaborate with regional partners and stakeholders to localize global marketing strategies into local merchandising plans across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC
  • Leverage data/insights, product features, and technical capabilities to make world-class merchandising plans and recommendations that drive conversion
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to find new ways to improve the site and guest experience via merchandising strategies and product advancements
  • Manually pull data and create comprehensive reporting decks with thoughtful performance insights to share with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering and product to troubleshoot, resolve bugs, and recommend product advancements
  • Partner closely with teams across creative, paid marketing, email, product, engineer, data scientists, and more to foster collaboration that delivers high-quality, impactful work
