Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management at a DTC and/or consumer goods company
  • Experience in managing creative development workflows across channels
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities while remaining positive, flexible and open to continuous improvement and growth
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priority, understand those implications and can quickly drive to resolutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively to leadership and channel leads to drive alignment of marketing objectives
  • Passionate about identifying and implementing new processes
  • Eye for the details
  • Have a strong voice, ability to communicate with influence, and POV around project management and multiple stakeholders and creatives
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, DAMs, SmartSheets, Monday.com, Jira and other project management tools
  • Be a problem solver and solution-first individual

Responsibilities
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and marketing partners across multiple online and offline channels such as TV, digital, social media, print, and email advertising
  • Establish timelines, build project plans, delegate project tasks to team members and follow up with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations and feedback
  • Assist in translating stakeholder vision, especially from/within the brief, into an actionable plan for key deliverables
  • Track program milestones, prioritize the tasks, mitigate risks, raise red flags early, remove impediments, and connect the dots across the different marketing channels' stakeholders
  • Identify and document best practices in creative workflow
  • Manage workflow tool, Monday.com, for streamlined and efficient use across teams
  • Identify opportunities in communication, alignment and process and work with the creative team to implement new methodologies and processes
  • Implement and optimize the SimpliSafe DAM by driving uploading, organization of assets, and reporting
  • Measure creative team performance and output data by gathering relevant KPIs, such as average project cycle time or average number of projects completed per month. Share learnings with teams in the spirit of continuous project and team improvement
  • Liaison with external agencies and support with TV/digital production contracts and budgets
  • Manage PO platform, including but not limited to working with Procurement on vendor contracts, talent usage, estimate inputs, PO creation, budget tracking
