Requirements
  • Experience in operations or deployment roles, with a focus on Zero Trust strategies and enterprise network architectures
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts, capabilities, and strategies
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex technical issues
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of Tesla's Zero-Trust platforms and aspects related to day to day operations
  • Work on user tickets, create user-facing documentation & knowledge collateral, and implement production environment revisions as guided by change management protocols
  • Respond to incidents and outages within SLA/OLA timelines, providing detailed postmortem reports
  • Develop custom reporting, dashboards, and metrics for enhanced visibility into Zero-Trust services
  • Contribute to capacity planning, performance monitoring, and proactive analysis of infrastructure
  • Work on preventive maintenance tasks for platform components and document physical/logical solutions, operational tasks, & procedures
  • Participate in the analysis of system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests
  • Provide feedback based on user interactions and identify improvements in policies and implementations
  • Engage in 24/7 on-call rotation as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with automation and CI/CD is preferred
  • Previous experience in mission-critical operations, preferably within a 24x7 large-scale global environment
