• Work closely with cross-product area teams and build a scalable backend that serves specific product needs in Boq Apps Framework and Kotlin.
• Participate in product design, contribute ideas to the team’s overall roadmap, and understand our users and what they need. Work closely with PM, Design, and UXR to help shape and build the app and experience.
• Operate with guidance and support.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 2 years of experience working in Kotlin Development, with Spanner, Blobstore, OnePlatform, or AppsFramework.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2 years of Fullstack experience in Flutter and mobile development.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI products.
