About:

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS & Marketplace startup is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and guide their marketing team.

Responsibilities:

- Developing marketing programs that drive sales and increase market shareBuild a world class marketing organization

- Develop our marketing strategy, especially as it relates to Product Marketing & Demand Gen.

- Create our marketing messaging / framework to help evangelize our voice to market - externally and internally.

- Develop marketing programs that build our pipeline, support our account based sales approach

- Collaborating with all departments, particularly Sales, to align marketing efforts with business goalsIdentifying and analyzing competitors, and translating technical concepts into marketing strategiesBuilding strong, long-term relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience in a senior marketing capacity.

- Experience building & scaling teams is an asset, but this will be a hands-on role.

- B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies

- Experience with Account Based Marketing
