  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet fiduciary products to prospective clients and partners.
  • Work in partnership with the Wealth sales team to support new fiduciary sales through recordkeepers, investment managers, financial advisors and ENV advisor sales channels.
  • Complete, review, and submit all proposal requests, investment mapping, and new plan onboarding materials.
  • Work in partnership with the fiduciary operations team to ensure new plan onboarding is in good order.
  • Provide sales partners with updated approved funds lists and sample lineups.
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate sales pipeline for fiduciary sales.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries, literature requests, and service issues.
  • Track sales pipeline and closed sales in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales partners.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
