Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience

Responsibilities
- Product expert: you will be an expert on our product and will be helping guide our users through any troubleshooting & setup as needed
- As product experts, you will work directly with the product team to help shape the future of the product by providing feedback from our customers
- Dispatching & live operations: you will be the bridge between providers and merchants during peak business hours
- Standardize processes and document them: you will look for patterns and find ways to standardize across the board while maintaining flexibility
- Develop and iterate on fast-changing internal processes as Nash grows and expands in multiple verticals
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for all of our customers
- Take an active role in continuously improving our best practices and SOPs
- Appropriately escalate issues
- Communication: you will be responsible for keeping up to date with internal and external situations that arise when you are offline
- Be a team player: we are a 24/7 Support team with teammates across the globe. You will be responsible for building relationships within the team and helping build our culture
- Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Insight and knowledge of the on-demand delivery industry
- Prior experience with startups or at high-growth technology companies
- Experience implementing and/or working with Slack, Salesforce, Aircall, or similar tools
