- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Academic experience in civil/infrastructure design, transportation, water resource management, pavement engineering, and construction management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
- Strong communication abilities
- EIT certification preferred
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to secure an Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge, including clearance from a federal background check
- Create conceptual designs, initial cost projections, and permit applications
- Develop detailed design documents, construction plans, technical specifications, and project reports
- Provide both in-office and on-site construction administration support
- Oversee projects from initial planning through to construction closeout, engaging directly with clients
- There may also be opportunities for hands-on resident engineering roles during project construction phases
- EIT certification preferred
