Requirements
  • At least 6+ years experience within Real Estate, with a history of outperforming targets and comfortable prospecting
  • Ideally at least 1+ years experience of managing a successful team, establishing measurable goals & objectives, leading & reviewing teams work
  • Proven ability to effectively prospect and manage a sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of management practices and principles
  • A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate
  • Strong relationships with brokers in the UK&I, with links to tenant reps and corporate occupiers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, Google suite, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Fluent verbal and written English - additional languages are desirable
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy for targeted real estate brokerage firms
  • Build a deep network of local office brokers and be the key point of contact of WeWork in the UK
  • Build expert knowledge and understanding of WeWork’s assets, products and strategy in the market, with the ability to articulate it for our Broker partners and their clients
  • Develop market specific tools to accurately articulate WeWork's product offering, within the Commercial Real Estate community
  • Be the key point of contact and face of WeWork for all Agency & Broker partners and stakeholders in the UK&I
  • Drive top of the funnel sales opportunities through WeWork’s broker partners, and accurately track all associated opportunity activities within our CRM systems
  • Ensure that all potential leads are qualified and handed off to the appropriate WeWork Sales Lead
  • Partner with the relevant Sales teams on transaction management for large broker led deals, where Real Estate expertise, negotiating skill and collaboration are crucial
  • Provide support for related sales promotions, events and marketing initiatives via the brokerage channel - including Agency appointments ; marketing collateral etc
  • Respond to and manage any broker requests/issues by collaborating internally
  • Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management’s review as needed - including reporting on trends ( Traditional Leasing Market and Flex Market) as well as live and future opportunities
  • Consistently maintain a high level of partner satisfaction
