The role

Our vision for paid advertisements is to automate the majority of our campaigns through a combination of AI and SaaS tools. We believe this approach can surpass human-led campaign performance and scale efficiently. We are in search of a hands-on, tech-savvy digital marketer to take ownership of performance marketing at SOAX. Your primary objective will be to build and scale this automated system.

To excel in this role, you must feel at ease with the technical aspects of performance marketing and be comfortable collaborating closely with engineers.

What you will do

• Define, own, and execute our performance marketing strategy

• Build and scale an automated system to manage our paid ad campaigns

• Build a system to generate ad copy and creatives automatically

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to set up and maintain tracking and attribution systems

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through performance marketing

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing at least one of the following channels: paid search, paid social, display

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience setting up tracking and attribution frameworks

• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Must be good at setting priorities based on impact

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and internal teams

• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
