What You’ll Be Driving:
Coach and motivate your team to deliver results, foster growth, and achieve peak performance in a collaborative, energetic environment.
Own daily operations, from CRM usage and one-on-one coaching to goal setting and hitting key performance targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent, including Lincoln Brand Specialist and Financial Services Managers, to create a powerhouse sales team.
Partner with leadership to define annual forecasts and implement strategic plans focused on growth, profitability, and premium customer experiences.
Uphold Lincoln’s luxury standards by overseeing merchandising, promotions, and customer satisfaction with style, precision, and consistency.
