- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 0–5.
- Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
- Comfort with hands-on care, including diaper changing.
- Ability to work reliably and professionally as part of a team.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis services in a preschool or community setting.
- Collect and document accurate data and session notes.
- Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills.
- Assist with diapering and toileting and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention.
- Bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
- Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
