Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Agricultural Sciences and 7+ combined years of experience in any combination of the following areas: warranty, quality, equipment dealer inquiry or call center roles, equipment remarketing, after sales &/or service.
  • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree will consider Associates Degree in a related field and 10+ years of combined experience in any of the following: warranty, quality, equipment dealer inquiry or call center roles, equipment remarketing, after sales &/or service.
  • 2 years’ experience reading dealer technical repair information requests
  • Daily experience working within SAP applications and Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • 5+ years of dealer facing roles within CNH and externally with other brands.
Responsibilities
  • Provide vision and direction to drive execution of the North America AG Warranty Team with a service and customer-centric approach
  • Lead a team of 5 direct-employees and a team of contract claim assessors to adjudicate warranty claims for the agriculture segment and support the administrative needs of the Construction segment
  • Review and decision adjudicated, high-dollar Delegation of Authority (DOA) claims, exceptional and escalated failures, communicate warranty decisions to key stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on support for dealers and claim assessors by interpretation of warranty policy, implementation of standardized best practices for claim adjudication processes, improve quality and consistency for dealers and claim assessors
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators are monitored and analyzed to ensure operational targets are achieved through data analysis
  • Collaborate with global regions on project planning from blueprint design to implementation
  • Maintain system functionality for North America in conjunction with global SAP Systems Governance and ICT to meet dealer needs and CNH financial controls
  • Drive administration of warranty policy in conjunction with commercial brands, warranty claim audits, technical instruction on warranty claims
  • Engage with Product Quality, Commercial Brands, Construction Segment, Supplier Warranty Recovery, Finance on administration of warranty policies to enhance dealer claim submission experience.

Bem Agro secures R$ 15M funding round

Bem Agro, an agtech specializing in agricultural mapping using AI, completed a pre-Series A funding round of R$15 million with participation from Suzano Ventures, Atvos, and previous investor CNH Industrial. The round was structured by Arara Seed. Founded in 2018, Bem Agro plans to use the funds to expand operations and enhance technologies. The company serves over 400 clients in 11 countries and aims to cover 10 million hectares. Earlier this year, it received R$10.2 million led by CNH Industrial.

Some of the most important agtech developments in the last decade have come not from Silicon Valley, epicenter of all things tech, but from startups dotted about the center of the US.From the vantage point 2023 provides, Midwest agtech seems like a no-brainer, since the region leads the country in row crop production and is also home to vast amounts of speciality crop and livestock farming. However, there was a time in the not-too-distant past when agtech as we know it was relatively non-existent in these regions.These days, agtech is entrenched deeply into the food system, and some Midwest regions are becoming well-known hubs for agtech innovation that crosses robotics, software, ag biotech and agrifintech. One such area is Indiana, which was recently dubbed a tech hub by the US Economic Development Administration.“There’s an intersection that is undeniable between plant science, animal health and human health,” Mitch Frazier, CEO of AgriNovus Indiana, an initiative growing ag bioscience innovation in Indiana, told AgFunderNews.AgriNovus is one of the six initiatives from the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, formed in 1999 to foster growth in the region between corporations, foundations and universities.Frazier (MF), a veteran of both the tech and ag worlds, has led the charge at AgriNovus for the last four years.
