  • 5+ years of experience with engineering IAM systems
  • 5+ years of experience with delivering large-scale access management solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) products solution delivery with Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or IBM
  • Knowledge of emerging authentication and authorization and privilege access management technologies and protocols
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms, including SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or BeyondTrust, or Oracle or CA Identity Management product suites
  • Experience with software development and working in an agile delivery team
  • Experience with presenting technical briefs to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture
  • Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients
  • interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users’ roles within them
  • apply knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and frameworks to conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions
  • design and Integrate IAM toolsets to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) as a means of improving the security posture of large organizations
  • assess existing client environment and provide recommendations for MFA solutions that address various Authentication Assurance Levels
  • analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions that support both internal and external users
  • supervise junior engineers and maintain oversight on project milestones
